We kindly ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we may charge a late cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the costs of holding the appointment time for you and is necessary for us to continue offering our services.
We understand emergencies happen, and we’re happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis. If you have a special circumstance, please reach out and let us know. We are always happy to assist where we can.
If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us in advance, we will consider it a "no-show." A no-show fee will apply to your next booking.
