Our primary goal is your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with a service you received, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure you are happy with the results.
If you are still unsatisfied after we discuss your concerns, we may offer a partial or full refund for the service, depending on the circumstances. Refunds are generally not issued for services that have already been performed, but we are committed to addressing any issues in a way that ensures your satisfaction.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on gift cards or prepaid packages. If you purchase a package of services, those services are non-refundable. However, we will work with you to reschedule or accommodate your needs in a way that best suits your schedule.
If you are dissatisfied with any service or product, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. Please contact us at yana@yanaskincare.com or call 281-306-1999. We will review your request and guide you through the process.
For services, we may ask for a description of your concerns, and for product returns, we will require proof of purchase.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.
If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, we may charge a no-show fee.
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we are happy to accommodate that option for products. If you choose to exchange a product, it must be in new, unused condition and returned within the specified time frame.
In cases where an exchange is not possible, we will issue store credit for the value of the product, which can be used toward future purchases.
